Knee immobilizer H5

Knee Immobilizer H5 is an improved splint which adding the wide elastic tape, wrap around knee to redue oedema on patella. Adding more foam to buffer the back of knee, increase the fixedness of product.

1. Features:

-  Fix area around knees and legs

2. Indications:

- Provide first aid after injuries on knees and around knee joints.

- Support and fix after injury and surgery around knees.

- Support and fix for injuries on thighs and legs as directed by specialists.

- The product has a wide rubber band to press the knee joints.

3. Materials:

- Cotton fabric, Foam PU, rag fabric, elastic band.

- Velcro lock, aluminum alloy brace.

4. Preservations:

- Putting in cool and dry place.

- Washing by hands with soap and water, drying in cool place.

- Do not wash and dry by machines (no using bleach).

5. Instructions for use:

- Patient position: lying or sitting with knees stretched.

- Remove the brace from the bag, fully open the straps, check the straps in the open 

position, stick the spikes on the inside of the pillow as shown. (figure 1)

- Wear, install the brace gently, avoid causing pain to the patient depending on the 

posture.

Fix the Velcro cord from the middle of the front, then up and down, fixing each step 

from loose to tight (strong enough, without pain or pinching).

- Stretch the rubber band backwards.

- Check the movement of adjacent joints in the allowed posture for each specific 

injury as directed by a specialist.

- Instruct the patient to maintain the necessary posture, periodically check the fixed 

term for each specific injury as directed by a specialist.

Note: The splints on the product can be withdrawn, depending on the specific 

patient's case, the doctor can adjust accordingly by bending the splints as required
