Cervical collar H1

1. Functions:

-  Support, fix cervical spines.

2. Indications:

-  First aid for cervical spine injuries.

-  Torticollis, over stretched necks.

-  Support necks after cervical spine injuries.

3. Materials:

-  EVA material, Velcro lock.

4. Preservation:

- Putting in dry place.

- Washing by hands with soap and water, drying in cool place.

- Do not wash and dry by washing machine (No using bleach).

5. Instructions for use:

- Posture of patients: Sitting or lying.

- Choose the right size according to the neck height.

- Take the collar out of the bag, completely pull out the straps and let them at open position.

- Wear the collar gently depending on the postures, avoid causing pain for patient. Firstly, wear the back side then the other side at the front and stick the Velcro lock.

- Check the movement of nearby joint at the allowed posture for each specific injury according to doctor’s advice.

- Patients are advised to keep necessary fixed posture, regularly check the period for immobilizing each specific injury according to doctor’s advice.
